Thao Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, corporate partnerships, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at PeopleFluent since April 2022, Thao drives adoption and outcomes for enterprise customers. Prior roles include Director of Development for Corporate Partnerships at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where Thao managed strategic corporate relationships and funding, and Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations & Student Services, focusing on career development for business students.
