Throughout their career, Jonathan has gained expertise in customer support, technical systems, and insurance sales.
Jonathan Poon Tip attended the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Management Information Systems. Jonathan also earned additional certifications, including A+ and Network+ from CompTIA, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2009.
