Ashley Vance

Ashley Vance has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles. Ashley is currently working as a Marketing Director at PeopleReady, where they lead recruitment marketing efforts and develops comprehensive strategies. Prior to this, Ashley worked at echogravity as a Marketing Director, where they served as the main point of contact for clients and developed tailored marketing strategies. Ashley also worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Staff Management | SMX, where they developed email and direct mail campaigns. Ashley's previous experience includes roles at Ogilvy Public Relations, Frank N. Magid Associates, Inspire Public Relations, Taylor Herring, and Delta Gamma Tau Chapter. Their roles in these organizations involved media monitoring, data analysis, community building, event planning, and public relations. Ashley also briefly worked as a Campus Representative for Fluent Entertainment, where they recruited staff and promoted a Microsoft 8 Tour.

Ashley Vance obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, with a focus on Communication Studies, from the University of Iowa. Prior to that, Ashley attended Davenport West High School.
