Ellen Meza

Elle Meza is currently the Vice President, People Operations at Crunchyroll, where Elle oversees global operations including compensation & benefits, contingent workforce program, payroll, people systems, and people experience/services team. Additionally, Elle is a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board, a member-driven think tank. Elle also serves as an Advisor at Nava and PeopleTech Partners, leveraging their expertise in People Leadership to accelerate the growth of companies in their portfolio. Prior to these roles, Elle held positions at DocuSign and advised several other companies in various industries. Elle holds a BA in Theater, Film & TV from UCLA, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a CEBS in Employee Benefits from The Wharton School.
