Erin has also served as an Operating Partner at PeopleTech Partners, where they were responsible for supporting and amplifying positive impacts for over 80 portfolio companies and a robust network of over 250 top HR & People executives. Erin has also Co-Founded PeopleTech Angels, an organization that invests in PeopleTech companies changing the Future of Work.
In addition to their work with SemperVirens and PeopleTech, Erin has also served as an advisor for People Partners Consulting, Tribute, and Villyge. Erin is also a contributor for Thrive Global, and has served as the Head of Customer Success for Origin and LeaveLogic. Currently, Erin is serving as the Vice President of Customer Success for LeaveLogic.
