Max Brawer is currently the People Data Management Lead at Atlassian, where Max brings a wealth of experience in HRIS, meeting effectiveness, and advisory roles. With a background in founding PASSNYC and leading data products, Max has a strong foundation in promoting equity and diversity in education. Their expertise in people analytics and operations has been demonstrated in roles at various companies such as Twitch, BuzzFeed, and Google. Max's education includes a BA in Psychology, Business, and Marketing from Northwestern University, as well as ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Data Analysis & Visualization with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Data Visualization at The City University of New York.
