Laura Purdy, SHRM-CP, BCC, is an accomplished human resources and coaching professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Partner at pep, LLC since November 2021, Laura has held positions such as People Operations Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Previous experience includes working at Laura Purdy Coaching as a Career Readiness Coach and Life Purpose Coach, as well as a Staffing Systems Coordinator at Cintas. Laura also has a background in education, having worked as a School Counselor at Ursuline Academy-Cincinnati and as a Summer Seminar Instructor for Community Youth Development in Florida. With a BA in English from Indiana University Bloomington and advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and School Counseling, Laura is equipped with a diverse skill set in both educational and organizational settings.
