Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at PEP since November 2012, Johann is a key member of the Finance Exco, managing a team of Finance Managers and overseeing financial and management reporting, new business analyses, and statutory year-end packs. Prior to this role, Johann held positions at BP, including Finance Manager for Castrol, where skills in financial accounting, control, and team management were developed. Johann's career began at EY as an Audit trainee and included a role as a Process Analyst at BP focusing on Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Johann holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stellenbosch University and is a qualified CA(SA) through SAICA.
