Ashley Dunn Norris, MBA, is a seasoned professional in development and fundraising with extensive experience in various leadership roles across healthcare and educational institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development, Regional Programs at Pepperdine University since October 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Associate Director of Development at Johns Hopkins Medicine from May 2020 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Development/Executive Director Foundation at UCP Central PA, Director of Annual Giving and Major Giving at Providence Healthcare Network, and Administrative Resident at Texas Children's Hospital. Educational credentials include an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations, both from Baylor University.
