Emily Landers

Emily Landers is currently the Senior Director of Client Relations at Pepperdine University, having joined in November 2023, and also serves as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Landers has been involved with the How'd Emily Do That Podcast since April 2020 and specializes in creating social media content for luxury brands as a Social Media Specialist at Luxe Social Media since October 2013. As the author of "Take Flight," Landers provides guidance for postgrad career navigation. Previously, Landers founded Flight Social Media, where management included leading a team and developing an internship program, and served as CEO of Homecare Interact, focusing on social media education in the eldercare industry. Landers began a career in public relations as an assistant at Foot Locker before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Baylor University in 2013.
