Ian Ermatinger-Salas

Ian Ermatinger-Salas currently serves as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Pepperdine University, after holding roles as a Senior Engagement and Foundation Relations Officer and Sponsored Programs Officer. With a strong background in philanthropy, Ian has developed strategies for institutional priorities and served as a key contact for foundation and corporate philanthropy since June 2016. Prior experience includes positions at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and IUPUI, where Ian gained expertise in grants writing, stakeholder consensus building, and program curriculum development. Education includes a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History.
