Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Stax and Versent, and various positions at IBM where William focused on enhancing DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure. William holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from RMIT University and has a solid foundation in teaching, having worked as a Tutor and Lab Assistant during their studies.
