Mariela Suarez

Mariela Suarez is an experienced executive in global operations strategy and sustainability, currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations Strategy at PepsiCo since January 2017. Previously, Mariela held various leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Senior Director of Strategy & Partnerships for Global Sustainability and Director of Commercial Integration & Strategy at CytoSport. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mariela worked at Bain & Company from September 2013 to December 2016, progressing from Consultant to Case Team Leader. Mariela also gained experience at Morgan Stanley, where roles included Associate and Analyst between 2006 and 2011. Mariela holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2006.
