Gemma Williams

Gemma Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and administration. Currently serving as the Head of EMEA Operations at Peptone since October 2022, Gemma previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Renaissance Capital from November 2015 to May 2022. Prior to that, Gemma worked as a Team Leader at ISS A/S, a Duty Manager at The RE London Shoreditch, and a FO Supervisor/Duty Manager at The Regency Hotel. Educationally, Gemma attended Manshead 6th Form from 2006 to 2008 and Lealands High School from 2004 to 2006.
