Steve Cadigan

Steve Cadigan is a seasoned talent strategist and advisor, currently serving as the Talent Hacker & Advisor at Cadigan Talent Ventures since December 2012. In this role, Steve partners with leaders and organizations to develop innovative talent strategies that address contemporary challenges. Additional positions include Advisory Board Member at GAIMIN, Professor of Culture & Leadership in Hyper-growth at Unicorn Factory Lisboa, Non Executive Director at TheBoardroom Africa, and Professor of Practice at Nova School of Business and Economics. Steve has been involved with several organizations, including Certn, CIRCA, and coally, as a board member and strategic advisor. Publishing the book "Workquake" in August 2021, Steve aims to redefine future work models post-COVID-19. Academic credentials include an MA in Organization Development & HR Management from the University of San Francisco and a BA in History from Wesleyan University.
