Brian Russell

Brian Russell currently serves as the Director of the North Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League, focusing on increasing youth participation in mountain biking. Additionally, Brian holds multiple roles in cybersecurity and information warfare, including as a Cyber and Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert at Peraton and as the Founder of Information Advantage Consulting LLC. Brian also contributes as a Senior Fellow at Key Terrain Cyber, where support is provided to military personnel in cyberspace operations. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Brian's extensive military career includes roles such as Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Commanding Officer, spanning over two decades. Brian's educational background includes a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership, a Master of Arts in Theology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
