Shilette Addison-Reed

Shilette Addison-Reed is an accomplished professional in the field of cyber operations, currently serving as the Senior Cyber Operations Manager and CNMF Tech Lead at Peraton since March 2020. As the CEO of 3Z Dreams Productions since April 2015, Shilette has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Cyber Operations Manager and Cyberspace Analyst III at Perspecta from December 2019 to May 2021, and Deputy Division Chief in the USAF from June 2018 to December 2019. Leadership experience also encompasses serving as Commander at the 691st Cyberspace Operations Squadron from January 2017 to December 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Troy University, a Master of Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, and an MBA from Webster University.
