Ted Carter

Ted Carter is a seasoned pricing strategist with extensive experience in federal and state government proposal submissions. Currently serving as a Senior Pricing Strategist at Peraton since April 2021, Ted Carter has successfully coordinated pricing strategies and prepared impactful presentations for senior leadership. Previously, Ted Carter held the position of Business Manager at HP Enterprise Services/DXC/Perspecta, where contributions supported over $2 billion in new business efforts and involved complex pricing analyses. Earlier roles included financial management positions at Hewlett-Packard and Electronic Data Systems, where Ted Carter led teams in billing processes and project management. Ted Carter holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
