Tom Mulhern

Tom Mulhern is an accomplished Engineering Director at Peraton since March 2021, providing support to the Department of State Mission since 2015. Prior to this role, Tom served as Program Manager at Northrop Grumman from November 2001 to March 2021, where responsibilities included delivering secure enterprise capabilities to Federal, DoD, and international clients, along with roles as Chief Technologist, Security Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Information Assurance Engineer. Tom's earlier experience includes positions as Systems Engineer at CAIS Internet and Senior Technical Trainer at Knowlogy Corporation, following a Technical Trainer role at Training Alliance. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree from Davidson College and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of South Carolina.
