Matan Tur-Paz

Matan Tur-paz is a skilled professional in the field of computer vision and algorithms, currently serving as a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer at Percepto since January 2022. Prior to this role, Matan contributed to OrCam as an Algorithm Engineer from September 2018 to December 2021, and worked as an FPGA Engineer for the Israel Defense Industry from November 2015 to August 2018. Matan began their career as a shaliach at Torah MiTzion, where involvement included work at Liebler Yavneh College and participation in the Mizrachi beit midrash programme from August 2012 to August 2013. Matan also served in the IDF as a combat soldier and commander between August 2009 and July 2011. Matan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained from 2014 to 2018, and has a background in Yeshivat Har Etzion from 2007 to 2012.
