Rohan Asokan

Rohan Asokan is an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Perceptyne Robots, contributing to the development of AI-driven functionalities for a sophisticated robot arm since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rohan gained valuable experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the International Institute of Information Technology from August 2021 to September 2023. Rohan also worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Picsniff, where skills were utilized to create an advanced AI-enabled cross-platform application for photo culling, achieving notable performance benchmarks. In addition, Rohan served as Marketing Event Coordinator for the Robotics Club at IIIT Hyderabad, overseeing event organization and coordinating marketing efforts. Rohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, completed in 2023, and a High School Diploma from Bright Riders School, awarded in 2019.
