Joseph Freed has a strong background in product management and entrepreneurship. Joseph is currently working as the VP of Product at Perceptyx since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Product, Platform, and Cultivate at Perceptyx from 2022 to 2023. Joseph was also the CEO and Co-founder of Cultivate, a company focused on transforming next-generation leaders with data. Joseph co-founded Byndr in 2016 and served as a Co-founder until 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Samsung NEXT in 2017-2018 and as a Director of Product Management at ShopRunner from 2012 to 2016. Joseph has a wide range of experience in various roles, including being a lecturer at UC Berkeley Extension and a teaching assistant at New York University.
Joseph Freed has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance & Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business. Joseph also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
