Prior to Peregrine, Kat held the position of Senior Account Director at Envision Communications and has held various director and management roles at Syneos Health and PALIO. Starting a career in editorial roles, Kat's background includes working as an Editorial Assistant and Intern at Syracuse University Press and various publications. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University's S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
