Alexandra Leclerc

Ms Alexandra Leclerc is the General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Europe at Perella Weinberg Partners. In this role, she is responsible for providing legal and regulatory advice to the firm in Europe.

Ms Alexandra Leclerc has approximately 15 years of legal and compliance experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2019, she was in charge of the legal and compliance matters in a hedge fund based in London. Prior to that, Ms Leclerc was a senior associate at Lazard where she started her career in 2007 in the legal team advising the financial advisory business in Paris, after having trained at Bredin Prat.

Ms Leclerc is a French qualified lawyer, she graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and earned a Master in Business Law from Universite Paris Dauphine.
