Drew Martin has a diverse work experience. Drew began their career at McLarty Companies in 2011, where they worked as an Operational/Financial Analyst. In this role, they gained a strong foundation in international business practices, growth management, financial planning, and leadership. In 2014, Drew joined PerfectVision as the General Manager in Brazil, where they were responsible for managing sales, logistics, warehousing, personnel administration, and financial planning. Drew then transitioned to the role of Director of International Operations, where they developed operations in Mexico and Brazil for installation services in cooperation with Viasat. This involved hiring in-country personnel, establishing compliance with business regulations, managing 3rd party logistics and warehousing, developing financial models, and implementing sales tactics and incentives. In 2018, Drew became the Director of Field Operations, leading the Field Operations and Inside Support teams for PerfectVision's Installation Services Group. Drew'sresponsibilities included managing a nationwide network of over 100 contractors, overseeing operational metrics, capital investment, profitability, and installation quality, as well as conducting regular presentations to principal partners. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of Field Operations, a position they currently hold.
Drew Martin pursued their education with the first recorded instance being from 2005 to 2009 at Washington and Lee University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Economics and Environmental Studies. In 2007, they also had the opportunity to study at Universidade Federal do Amazonas for a short period, specializing in Environmental Studies. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, Drew Martin attended the Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, where they successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
