Charles Pflaum

Charles Pflaum is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the software and hardware sectors. Since December 2012, Charles has served as a Technical Support Engineer at Perforce Software, specializing in Helix core server support, server performance, server replication, and distributed Helix products. Prior to this role, Charles was a Technical Account Manager and a Technical Support Engineer at Perforce Software from 2005 to 2012. Earlier experience includes managing technical support for the ASIC development department at Quantum/Maxtor from 1995 to 2001 and serving as an ASIC Support Engineer at Quantum from 1992 to 1995. Charles began a technical career as a DSP test engineer and ASIC design engineer at ARGOSystems from 1985 to 1991. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital and Analog Electronics from California State University, Los Angeles.
