Jim Cassens

Jim Cassens currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Perforce Software since October 2023. Previously, Jim held multiple executive roles at Fortra from April 2001 to January 2023, including Executive Director, President, and Executive Vice-President of M&A, overseeing numerous acquisitions and the growth of HelpSystems’ Cross-Platform division and international operations. Earlier in their career, Jim was the Director of Information Technology at Electrolux Major Appliances and held positions such as Data Center Manager and Site Manager. Jim's career began at Ideal Industries as a Data Center Supervisor. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
