Karla Palma

Karla Palma is a seasoned professional in product marketing and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Perforce Software since August 2021. Prior to this role, Karla held various positions at SolarWinds from February 2016 to August 2021, including Manager, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Global Product Marketing Manager, where notable achievements included being recognized as the 2017 Q1 Top Performer in Global Renewals. Karla's earlier experience includes serving as Group Account Director at THIRD EAR and co-founding Eventslice.com, as well as working in new business development at SparkCCM. Karla holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business and is pursuing a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
