Kristin Gaarder

Kristin Gaarder, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CHRO & EVP at Perforce Software, Kristin has also held positions as Chief Human Resources Officer at Calabrio, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Amplifon. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Nilfisk. Kristin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
