Sara M. Kilian

Sara M. Kilian currently serves as the Global Head of Legal Services and Vice President/General Counsel at Perforce Software, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Sara was a Shareholder/Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. from August 2005 to November 2016, where the focus was on closely-held and family-owned businesses, involving the negotiation and drafting of various business agreements and acquisition documents. Sara has also co-instructed a Legal Planning Clinic for Tax-Exempt Organization and Low-Income Clients as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Sara worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2003, where responsibilities included training associates and resolving tax technical topics. Sara holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University.
