Deb Walock

Deb Walock is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in production operations and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Production Operations at PDW since December 2024, Deb has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing Center of Excellence at Leidos and Deputy Director of Manufacturing at Dynetics, Inc. Previous positions include Lean Manager at Polaris Industries, Plant Manager at Diversey, Assembly Factory Manager at Caterpillar Inc., and Global Carlisle Operating System Director at Carlisle Brake & Friction. With a strong focus on lean transformation and operational excellence, Deb has also contributed to organizations like Bobcat Company and Carlisle Trail King Industries. Deb holds an MBA in Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University. Additionally, Deb is a Certified Kaizen Trainer.
