Charles Wert

Charles Wert has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Performance Team since February 2022. Previously, Charles held the same title at NFI from August 2020 to May 2021 and progressed through various roles, including Operations Supervisor and Operations Lead, from July 2015 to 2020 at the same company. Charles also worked as an Operations Lead at Weber Logistics from August 2012 to November 2014 and began a career in order fulfillment at Sears Holding Corp from August 2008 to August 2012. Charles pursued studies in Interpersonal Communications at Riverside Community College from 2004 to 2005.
