Stephen Kreusch has a diverse work experience in the fields of cyber security, information security, and management. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security & Incident Response at Performanta since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Cyber Security at the same company from September 2018 to December 2019. Stephen also worked as a Security Specialist and CTO at Performanta from January 2014 to May 2017.
Before joining Performanta, Kreusch worked at MTN South Africa as an Information Security Architect/Manager from April 2007 to December 2013. Stephen began their career at Deloitte, where they served as a Senior Manager from April 1999 to March 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Security Consultant/Analyst at Standard Bank of South Africa from February 1997 to March 1999.
Stephen Kreusch attended Selborne College from 1989 to 1993. Stephen then pursued a BSc degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics at Nelson Mandela University from 1994 to 1996. Following that, they obtained a BSc Honours degree in Information Security from the University of Johannesburg from 1997 to 1999.
