Carol Tsai has had a long and successful career in account management. Carol began their career in 2010 as a Data Analyst at Google, before moving on to OptTown in 2012, where they were the Field Account Manager/Customer Success. In 2013, they joined Akamai Technologies as an Account Manager/Customer Success, and in 2015 they joined Red Hat as the Manager of the Strategic and Enterprise Account Management Team in the West Region. Carol held various roles at Red Hat, including Team Lead, Sr. Strategic and Enterprise Account Manager, Sr. Strategic and Enterprise Account Manager, and Strategic and Enterprise Account Manager. In 2022, Carol joined PerimeterX as the Regional Director of Account Management.
