Rotem Esko

Rotem Esko has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. They started their career at adam-milo in 2010, working in human resources. In 2012, they joined CPS JOBS as a software recruitment specialist and later became the recruitment team leader, overseeing a team of 2-4 recruiters. In 2015, Rotem joined Perion as a talent acquisition specialist, managing the recruitment flow, evaluating candidates, and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perion.

Rotem Esko completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2006 to 2009. Rotem then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2010 to 2012.
