Alma Wallace

Alma Wallace is an experienced Territory Sales Manager and Field-Based Consultant at Permanent TSB since March 2014, responsible for meeting customer needs related to mortgages and business services. Prior roles include serving as the New Ross/Dungarvan and Wexford/Gorey Territory Manager, as well as Branch Lead, where Alma focused on organizing branch operations, achieving sales objectives, and ensuring exceptional customer service through effective staff management and motivation. Alma holds a QFA qualification as a Qualified Financial Advisor from the Institute of Banking, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and completed education at St Leo's Carlow from 1993 to 1999.
