Kim Palmen-Koop

Kim Palmen-Koop possesses extensive experience in innovations and product development within the materials and construction sectors. Currently serving as Group Director Innovations at Permasteelisa Group since April 2024, Kim previously held several influential roles at Rockfon, including Head of Research and Development and Manager of New Product & Process Industrialization. Responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of innovative products from concept through market launch, as well as managing international product development. Earlier roles at companies such as Rockwool Rockfon and DSM Research involved project management and product development in material technology. Kim holds a drs degree in Geology from Utrecht University and has additional education from the University of Twente and TBL.
