Joe Englehart IV is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Permco since November 2021. Previously, Joe held various positions at Swagelok from June 2011 to November 2021, including Production Supervisor, Team Coordinator, Primary Operator, and Maintenance Technician. Prior to this, Joe worked as Assistant Superintendent for the City of Akron Golf Division from June 2003 to June 2011. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2014 and 2017, and attended The University of Akron from 2007 to 2008.

Permco is a leading manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic gear pumps and motors, flow dividers, intensifiers, and accessories. We have recently added a line of hydraulic vane pumps and motors. In addition to the manufacturing plant in Streetsboro, Ohio, the company operates Permco Tianjin Hydraulic and Permco Tianjin Fluid Power Manufacturing Co., both based in China.
