Scott Valentine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the materials and construction industry. Currently serving as the Regal Operations Manager at Permian Basin Materials since September 2022, Scott previously held various positions including Operations Manager at Barrett Enterprises Inc and Heavy Equipment Operator at Barrett Enterprises. With a strong background in plant management, engineering, and project management, Scott has worked with multiple organizations, including Black Mountain Sand, Jenkins Sand, and Abilez Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, engineering, and utility projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree as a Frac Sand Specialist and has completed specialized training in sand plant engineering and machine shop technology.
