Currently at Permian Resources since November 2024, Hank previously held various engineering roles at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP from June 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included asset development and production engineering in both core and non-core areas of the Midland Basin. Early career experience includes internships at WELL Drilling Corporation, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Entergy, and a lifeguarding position at The Woodlands Township. Hank graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018, after completing high school at The Woodlands High School in 2014.
