Stefan Ghinescu started their work experience in 2010 at Goldman Sachs, where they held various roles in executive compensation. Stefan worked as an Analyst from July 2010 to December 2013, then as an Associate from January 2014 to December 2016, and finally as a Vice President from January 2017 to June 2018. In 2019, they joined Permira as the Head of Reward.
Stefan Ghinescu completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2010 at Loughborough University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Before that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Colegiul National Mihai Viteazul, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Recently, in 2018 and 2019, they pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General at INSEAD.
