Craig Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Audit Advisory Board at PwC New Zealand, Craig also holds positions as a Director at Xtreme Zero Waste, Trustee at Wise Group, Associate at BoardWorks Aotearoa, and Advisory Board Member at the Perpetual Guardian Foundation. As Chairman of the External Reporting Advisory Panel and a member of the New Zealand Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, Craig contributes to setting auditing standards in New Zealand. Additionally, Craig is the Independent Member and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for Ngati Whatua Orakei and the Chairman of The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ. Craig is actively involved with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Accountancy at Massey University. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Auckland.
