Annaliese Renda

Annaliese Renda has an extensive background in operations and compliance, with significant experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Perrett Laver from January 2020 to April 2023, Annaliese served as Chief Operating Officer, Global Operations Partner, and Operations Manager, overseeing strategic operations. Prior experience includes serving as Group Head of Compliance HR & Operations and Sector Head of Compliance & Operations at App Paye between May 2017 and December 2019. Annaliese was also employed at Sugarman Group as Safeguarding and Compliance Manager for the Medical & Education sectors and held roles at Sugarman Education and Hays, focusing on compliance and safeguarding. Annaliese Renda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from Heythrop College, University of London.
