Eric Pierce

Eric Pierce, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at Perrigo Company plc since July 2023, Eric previously held positions at Kellogg Company, including Controller and Finance Manager from April 2018 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at both Alcoa and Johnson & Johnson from 2014 to 2018 and 2011 to 2014, respectively. Eric's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as a Captain and Aircraft Maintenance Officer from 1997 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
