Keith J. Stone

Keith J. Stone is an entrepreneur, FinTech expert, global fleet management technologies leader, and philanthropist with over 32 years of experience in international corporate fleet product development, global business operations, corporate strategy and B2B payments. Much of this work was accomplished through Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI), an entirely bootstrapped company that Keith established in 1989 and publicly sold in 2019, making for the highest private or public sale multiple in the FinTech industry to date at 25x EBITDA.

Keith’s first CSI fleet services international division company in Brazil sold to GE Capital Fleet in 1997 at record margins and multiples. In 1993 CSI Fleet Services proved to be the first fleet management software and services company throughout Latin America, working with brands such as FedX, Coca-Cola, Frito Lay, Bimbo Bakeries, Pepsi, General Motors Overseas Distribution, and hundreds of others.

Under the award-winning CSI Enterprises, Inc. brands, Keith founded and guided numerous U.S. and international companies from the ground up, developing each into a thriving organization with an exciting future. He also served as President, and Managing Director of GE Capital Fleet Services do Brasil and established a philanthropic organization that impacted over 30,000 at-risk youth.
