Dan Aubel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dan started as a Health Coach and Combat Medic in the US Army, where they provided patient care, trained personnel, and maintained medical supplies. After their military service, Dan worked as a Health and Wellness Coach at Noom Inc., specializing in motivational interviewing and clinical coaching. Dan then became a Social Science Program Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they implemented processes to establish an employee whole health program. Subsequently, Dan worked as a Health Behavior Change Program Designer at multiple entities, collaborating with interdisciplinary leadership to refine health programs and enhance client experience. Dan also co-founded Ponderosa Prosperity, where they served as CEO and Co-founder, creating life transformation programs and guiding clients towards happiness and fulfillment. Currently, Dan is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Perry Health. Throughout their career, Dan demonstrated expertise in coaching psychology, positive psychology, and behavioral change, making him a valuable asset in promoting well-being and achieving personal goals.
Dan Aubel (NBC-HWC) completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychological Science, with a focus on Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics, from Arizona State University between 2015 and 2017. In 2019, they obtained the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) certification. Additionally, in 2021, they completed the Lifestyle Coach Certification from the National Diabetes Prevention Program. In 2022, they obtained the Lifestyle Coach certification from the National Diabetes Prevention Program.
