Although a relatively new company, Perses Consulting Co-Founder, Kevin Molloy, and it’s subject matter experts have been supporting local, state and Federal entities for decades. From conducting Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (THIRAs) to developing Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs) to conducting Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) exercises, the Perses Consulting team has supported all aspects of the National Preparedness System for some of the largest, highest risk jurisdictions in the Country.
