Karin Anderson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law and corporate counsel. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Corporate Counsel at PYA since March 2023, Karin has previously held notable positions such as Adjunct Professor of Health Law at Duncan School of Law, Attorney at London Amburn, and Vice President, Associate General Counsel at LifePoint Health®, where substantial contributions were made to the growth of a hospital system. Karin's legal career commenced as Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Health and includes roles in risk management at HCA Healthcare and corporate legal counsel at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. Additionally, Karin founded and managed a retail and interior design business, DRIFT 30A, showcasing a blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial skills. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University.
