Mia Von Koschitzky-Kimani

Mia Von Koschitzky-Kimani is an Advisory Board Member at Persistent Energy. Mia has over fifteen years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, and product innovation in the payments and financial services industries.

Mia started their career at The Boston Consulting Group where they spent seven years advising large financial institutions and technology companies on growth strategies. Mia then transitioned to venture capital, first as an Investment Associate at Apax Partners, and then as Head of Business Analysis at KenCall. In 2009, Mia co-founded DukaConnect, a micro-merchant point of sale company that was acquired by Mastercard in 2018. Mia then joined Mastercard Labs as Vice President, Incubation Lead Micro-Retail where they led a portfolio of cutting edge innovations targeted at micro-merchants across emerging markets. In 2019, Mia joined Enable as an Advisory Board Member.

Mia Von Koschitzky-Kimani has a MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of St.Gallen.
