Yuker Wang has over 20 years of work experience in the biotechnology field. Yuker is currently working at Personalis, Inc. as the Associate Director of Product Development, where they lead the development of a WES Core Exome product and a highly sensitive MRD (Minimal Residual Disease) test. Prior to that, they worked at Roche Sequencing Solutions as a Principal Scientist II, where they led a large-scale comparison study on sample preparation platforms for NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) applications and contributed to the development of NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Test) assays. Yuker also worked at Vitruvian Networks as the Director of Assay Research, focused on developing a genomic immunoassay called Molecular Flow. Additionally, they held positions at Roche Molecular Systems, CellScape Corporation, Affymetrix, and ParAllele BioScience Inc., where they contributed to various projects involving oncology research, prenatal testing, and the development of genetic tools and cloning methods.

Yuker Wang has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from New York University. Yuker also has completed postdoctoral study in Human Genetics and animal model at Stanford University.
